In Chloe's Brasserie, you'll have a selection of our modern menu filled with a wide variety of delicious steaks, fresh seafood, light salads and hearty dishes. If you’re in for lunch, we offer a set menu with a selection of mains to choose from. Kindly note, the pub menu is not available in Chloe’s & all bookings are in Chloe's Dining Room.
Look over the busy streets below you as you indulge in good food and a huge selection of drinks. Here, you’ll dine while under the watchful gaze of Chloe. She has graced magazine covers, had wine named after her, and poems written to her. She has experienced fame and adoration and has won high acclaim from critics. Her career began, like the many models after her, in Paris. She was created and moulded by a Master.
She is a Melbourne icon, mascot for the HMAS Melbourne, an extremely fine work of art; she is an ingénue, a nymph, and a celebrity. She is Chloe, the famous nude portrait which has graced the walls of the Young and Jackson Hotel since 1909.
Bar And Lounge
Pub classics made easy, this is our mantra for our bar and lounge sections. We keep it very relaxed, with pub food available to order, or you can relax with a drink in hand. In the mornings our corner bar turns into a cafe, serving delicious coffee to get Melbourne started on their day.
